The Till Building

Welcome to TILL, a non-profit organization committed to helping individuals with disabilities achieve independent living and learning.

Our building now boasts 23 units for rent, each designed with accessibility and affordability in mind. We have 2 cozy one-bedroom apartments, 19 spacious two-bedroom apartments, and 2 charming three-bedroom apartments. We're also pleased to share that we have 17 off-street parking spaces available, making it easy for our residents to come and go as they please.

In addition to our residential offerings, our building includes an impressive 11,310 square feet of space on the ground floor. This space is home to our Adult Day Habilitation Center, TILL Central Program, and the Essence of Thyme Café. We're thrilled that our building's impressive design by Davis Square Architects was recognized with the J. Timothy Anderson Award for "Best Historic Rehabilitation Project Utilizing Low-Income Tax Credits – Large" from the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association. It also received the Eastern Bank Community Quarterback Award for "contributing in a meaningful way to the health and vitality of the various eastern Massachusetts communities."
